Policy For Returns, Repairs, Warranty, and Damages.

hat is Motor Land Sports, Inc. return policy?
You may return any unused item for a full refund less shipping provided that you deliver it to us in its original condition and not open or damage within 15 days following receipt of your order. Items that have gas engines must have never been filled with gas or oil. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error made by us. Please include your reason for the return in the space provided on your packing slip and include the packing slip with the returned item in its original packing. All return shipments must be prepaid unless it has been determined that Motor Land Sports, Inc. made the error. We cannot accept C.O.D. (Check On Delivery) returns. If the return is the result of Motor Land Sports error, we will repay you for any reasonable shipping charge. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We cannot accept returns of altered, used, damage, open box, or etched items. Some items that are D.O.T. Regulated may not be returnable. Some items have a NO Return policy (pressure washers, go karts, scooters, generators, atv's, and motor items).

Repairs & Warranty
All Products That are sold by Motor Land Sports, Inc. carry a manufacturers warranty. Any warranty issues on products purchased on this site need to be address with or by the manufacturers. The manufacturer is responsible for all warranty issues. Motor Land Sports, Inc. does not warrant any products. Motor Land Sports, Inc. will not be liable for any accidents or claims that may arise from the use of any product sold on this site.

hat is Motor Land Sports, Inc. backorder policy?
MotorLandSports.com strives to update our on-line store so that we offer the most current merchandise available. Because our store consists of hundreds of products, and due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock. MotorLandSports.com will accept orders for out of stock items to ensure that you will be preference to receive the item once it becomes available. If your order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item becomes available via UPS ground. Within three to five days of e-mail notification by MotorLandSports.com that a product in your order is going to be on backorder for a period greater than 30 days, you may cancel the backorder by sending a detailed e-mail to: [email protected]

No, placing items into your Shopping Cart does not obligate you to buy them. You can remove any item from your Shopping Cart by clicking the remove button until the quantity reads zero. You can always remove then before checking out.

We currently ship all of our products via UPS ground, and Truck Lines for our large items. We feel that this offers our customer the best value. On occasion, we will ship USPS. Insurance is included on packages. MotorLandSports.com will send tracking numbers to all customers by email or by calling customer by phone.
