hat is Equipment Outlet Express, Inc. return policy?
You may return any unused item for a full refund less shipping provided that you deliver it to us in its original condition and not open or damage within 15 days following receipt of your order. Items that have gas engines must have never been filled with gas or oil. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error made by us. Please include your reason for the return in the space provided on your packing slip and include the packing slip with the returned item in its original packing. All return shipments must be prepaid unless it has been determined that EO Express™ made the error. We cannot accept C.O.D. (Check On Delivery) returns. If the return is the result of EO Express's error, we will repay you for any reasonable shipping charge. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We cannot accept returns of altered, used, damage, open box, or etched items. Some items that are D.O.T. Regulated may not be returnable. Some items have a NO Return policy (pressure washers, go karts, scooters, generators).

Repairs & Warranty
All Products That are sold by Equipment Outlet Express, Inc. carry a manufacturers warranty. Any warranty issues on products purchased on this site need to be address with or by the manufacturers. The manufacturer is responsible for all warranty issues. Equipment Outlet Express, Inc. does not warrant any products. Equipment Outlet Express, Inc. will not be liable for any accidents or claims that may arise from the use of any product sold on this site.

eoexpress.com strives to update our on-line store so that we offer the most current merchandise available. Because our store consists of hundreds of products, and due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock. eoexpress.com's will accept orders for out of stock items to ensure that you will be preference to receive the item once it becomes available. If your order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item becomes available via UPS ground.
