Warranty, Returns & Repairs All Products That are sold by Equipment Outlet Express, Inc. carry a manufacturers warranty. Any warranty issues on products purchased on this site need to be address with or by the manufacturers. The manufacturer is responsible for all warranty issues. Equipment Outlet Express, Inc. does not warrant any product. Equipment Outlet Express, Inc. does not accept any product returns, and no products can be refused upon delivery. Equipment Outlet Express, Inc. will not be liable for any accidents or claims that may arise from the use of any product sold on this site. Unused items may be returned for credit within 10 days of ordering (shipping charges not refundable). Pressure Washers, Go-Karts, ATV'S, Scooters, and special order items are not returnable. Before returning any item, you must first get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please have your invoice number, invoice date and EO Express™ catalog number available when you call. Returns that are not the result of EO Express's error may be subject to a handling and/or restocking charge of 25%. All return shipments must be prepaid unless it has been determined that EO Express™ made the error. We cannot accept C.O.D. (Check On Delivery) returns. If the return is the result of EO Express's error, we will repay you for any reasonable shipping charge. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and unused. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We cannot accept returns of altered or etched items. Some items that are D.O.T. Regulated may not be returnable. Repairs: Please call for the address and phone number of the authorized service center nearest you. Cut-to-Length Products: Because of the special nature of these products, we will be glad to cut products to length per your specifications. Cut-to-length products, however, are considered final sale, and may not be returned for credit Responsibility The value of the defective product or material sent in error is our only liability. All technical data has been supplied by the manufacturer & is listed only as a convenience. We do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies with the provisions of any law, particularly the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act, & the Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970, & regulations promulgated there under, unless the manufacturer so warrants. Catalog Errors: Although all information in this catalog has been carefully checked for accuracy, errors and omissions occasionally occur and therefore are subject to correction. We regret any inconvenience. VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) Limits: EO Express™ may be prohibited from offering certain products due to local legislation regarding VOC limits. VOC restrictions may change without notice. If this occurs, your Customer Satisfaction Associate will notify you at order time. Pricing Prices are quoted in US dollars. Although we expect to keep our low prices for every item in effect for the life of this catalog, changes as a result of market fluctuations and dramatic manufacturer's costs could occur. All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing, photographic and typographical errors are subject to correction. We also reserve the right to modify specifications if necessary. All prices are F.O.B. shipping point. The minimum order accepted by EO Express™ will be $10.00. Customers will be charged a minimum of $10.00 plus applicable shipping and handling charges.
