Motor
- Patented Karcher exclusive water cooled electric motor with overload protection for maximum performance and safety.
High Pressure Pump
- Karcher -designed three piston axial pump (hydro-lubricated) incorporating stainless steel valves and piston with ceramic sleeves for trouble-free operation.
- Direct-drive system with wobble plate for increased efficiency: no belts to wear or replace, fewer moving parts.
- Built-in Variable steam mode allows for greater versatility when performing more detailed cleaning i.e., the cleaning of engines.
- Water inlet strainer preventing contaminated water from entering the pump.
Burner System
- Karcher high performance vertical heater coil and air insulated double jacket for condensation-free heating (comes complete with 5 year warranty).
- 90% plus fuel efficient burner system provides fuel savings while smoke-free constant ignition reduces exhaust gases.

- Complete shut-off at the trigger gun for safety and ease of operation.
- Grouped safety system incorporating low water cut-off, low fuel cut-off, pulsation dampener, and 2 pressure switches.
- Centrally located control panel with simple easy-to-use controls and warning lights for motor overload, low fuel and scale inhibitor levels; controls include thermostat and pressure gauge.
- Variable operating pressure, water volume, temperature control and detergent metering.
- Integrated anti-scale device (inhibitor system) prevents down time due to mineral deposits.

Design Features
- Powder-coated one piece low profile chassis (corrosion-proof) with built-in removable corrosion resistant 6.6 gallon fuel tank.
- Impact and corrosion resistant reinforced plastic cover with convenient access panel which lifts up to provide easy access to detergent tank and inhibitor reservoir. Cover incorporates built-in storage compartment for convenient storage of accessories.
- Built-in 5.3 gallon removable corrosion resistant detergent tank.
- Compact design, two semi-pneumatic tires for easy mobility and one swivel type caster with brake for safety.
- Tireless and comfortable operation provided by low resistance trigger gun and patented AVS Anti-Kink-System with rotating high pressure hose and spray wand (eliminates kinking of the hose).
- Simple hand screw connections for safety and convenience.
